Deposit Protection Service

Thompsons Lettings uses the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) to securely protect all tenant deposits in accordance with current legislation. Each tenant will receive their individual Deposit Protection Certificate once their deposit has been registered. The DPS provides independent protection for deposits throughout the tenancy and offers a free dispute resolution service should any disagreements arise at the end of the tenancy, as well as managing the safe return of deposits.
